Shengmin Shipping Services, Inc., one of the three companies under the Donglei Company transportation group, dedicated to providing shipping services for vessels in Port of Shanghai. Shengmin Shipping Services is Shanghai based and has attended to more than 50 pollution responses in Shanghai alone. Shengmin has received numerous meritorious awards and recognitions from the local authorities –including MSA– for its significant commitment and contribution.
